Sri Lanka’s Dilshan Madushanka had a stellar performance against India earlier this week and took his wicket tally to 18. He ranks second in the list of bowlers with the most wickets in this World Cup.
South Africa’s Marco Jansen ranks third with 17 wickets, while Pakistan’s Shaheen Afridi and India’s Mohammad Shami top the list with 16 wickets each. The wickets were fourth and fifth. Mohammad Shami posted his best bowling figures of the 2023 World Cup with five wickets against Sri Lanka.
